Terms of Service

DISCLAIMER:

These collars (and leashes) were intended to be used in fashion. Although they are reinforced with flat nylon webbing straps, the D rings and lobster clasps I use in basic collars are silver plated metal, and the buckles I used are made of plastic, I cannot guarantee that any collar (or leash) will not break under distress. They have been strength tested by a dog, however I do recommend using a harness to walk your dogs! As stated above these collars are more meant for fashion and holding tags for your pets. Collars

  • Payment via Paypal only!  I make invoices so I will need your PayPal email!


  • I am not responsible for the size of the collar if you give me the incorrect measurement. I will not start a collar until you give me a measurement.


  • You may request a refund if I have not started on the collar. If I had to order specific materials (and can not cancel), I will keep the portion paid for the extra material. 


  • If I have to purchase extra materials that were not currently in my stock, AKA a special fabric/clip, you will be charged based on how much the item costs me. Ie: If you pick a fabric that I do not have in stock, and it costs $10, you will pay the $10 for special order. 


  • Any order over $50 will qualify for payment plans if you need. 


  • Once payment has been received I will start working on the collar. All collars and leashes will be finished within two weeks of payment. Exceptions are during midterm and finals week. 


  • Allow a week for me to ship it, once it’s shipped, I'll give you the tracking number and I will no longer be liable for the collar/leash.


  • Customer will pay for shipping. $5 USD inside the US as a flat rate, and international will vary between countries. Ask me to calculate shipping for you if you are international! Most international I have shipped has been around $14 USD just to keep in mind.

Plushes

  • Payment via PayPal only! I make invoices so I will need your PayPal email!

  • Refunds will be available if I have not started on any work yet. If I bought specific supplies (and can not cancel), I will keep the portion of special material and give you the rest. Ie you paid $80 and $20 of it was special material. I keep $20 and give you $60. After I’ve started working on the plush and you request a refund. You are able to obtain up to 60% of a refund depending on how far along I’ve worked.

  • Plushies are eligible for payment plans if you need to spread out your payments.

  • I will first draw a mock-up of your fursona/fursuit prop to make sure every detail you want will be there, this will be the planning stage and I intend to make items that people will be happy with!

  • Progress of cutting out fabric and sewing will be shown! Don’t be afraid to ask for updates, but please be aware that I have a full time as well as school part time.

​

  • Allow at least four weeks for your custom plush to be made! 

​

  • Allow another week for the plush to ship. After it has been shipped, I am no longer liable for what happens to the plush.

​

  • Customer will pay for shipping inside the US a flat rate of $10 for small plushies. For larger plushes the price may vary.


  • I ship USPS. If you prefer me to ship it UPS/Fedex, tell me before I create an invoice for you, so I can make a note of it.
