Do you take rush orders?

I do not accept rush orders of any kind! I will always keep you up-to-date with where I'm at, and will always provide an ETA for custom orders.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I only accept PayPal. I send out invoices via with your PayPal email address.

What is your return policy?

I am not responsible for the size of the collar if you give me the incorrect measurement, or a vague measurement. I will not start a collar until you give me a measurement.

If there was an error on my part, I will send you a new correct collar. I do ask that you ship me the old collar, and I will ship you the new one free of charge.

Can I wash collars in the washing machine?

Yes! If you have any removable tags, remove them before putting them in the wash. If you have spikes or chains or a bow on your collar, I recommend hand washing it.
